It takes courage to lives one dreams. It takes courage to be innovative. It takes courage to stand on ones integrity even when no one else takes notice. Leadership development is a process I am passing through. The growing pains of being stretched and pulled are teaching me to be disciplined and caused me to grow in much needed areas. I appreciate those in my community who live transparent lives so I can learn from them.
