It was soothing just to be in my Art studio for short while yesternite. I had time to clean up some of my brushes and work on specific sections of my piece called the Front View. The development is slow but steady.

It was good to work on this piece for few hours. I really enjoyed the addition of color.
Front View Evolution
It was refreshing to spend a couple hours today in the development of the Front View. There is much details to be added and I have had a month to contemplate color scheme and other unique details. This piece will be mixed media and I look forward to share with you as the vision fully manifest.
The Front View Progression
Exhale….yesterday, I finally had a moment to stop at the Art studio after nearly a month. I added some more details and have some colors schemes in mind. I like the rawness of the gray and black acrylic paints; however, I intend to bring some vibrant colors into this beautiful narrative piece as well. I really enjoy the journey this project has taken me on and look forward to the full idea manifest.

Creative Force
Yesterday, I had brief moment to paint. The Front View is my current piece at work. I studied the photos last taken of the piece over a two to three week period. It was a release to get the ideas from my mind.
I look forward to add the minor details, colors, and other components that will complete this beautiful narrative piece.

Yesterday, I spent some more time on this piece. Once again the evolution of the piece has left me in awe. Being a visionary and creative …blank spaces speak and little by little an amazing story is coming forward.

If you follow me, you know that I always take pictures of my work process. My newest painting is amazing to look at in its raw state. What I’ve seen in observation of the piece a Black woman adorned with noble attire with both hands holding an object. I look forward to the final manifestation of the full thought.
Manifest Greatness
Today after work, I briefly stopped at my Art studio to prep my newest idea. It felt amazing. Considering the current stressors in my life the gift of being a Creative is a godsend. No matter what comes, I am determined to pass safely through to the other side with my joy and peace intact.
This piece speaks volumes…….in this raw state. I am looking forward to the development of thought.
Summer Fest Recap
Summer Fest was a blast. Lakewood is a beautiful city, the community is diverse, and it was a joy watching the young people paint.
ND Art Studios donated 55 canvas plus and when we ran out we used paper plates and when that ran out we used notebook paper. The young people enjoyed painting and being creative. The messages they had to share where heart warming and authentic.
