One Drop In the Ocean

Engage. Inspire. Create.

In this life we can be bogged down with the negative goings on in society to the extent paralysis overtakes us. Meaning we absorb the negative energy and become depressed which creates stagnation.
What I have learned is we must change our frequency….Especially us empaths. To understand another persons plight and care enough to do only what is within your means to elevate the person is commendable . However we must never internalize other peoples negative choices or experiences. Be a problem solver. Be a solution giver.
Self loathing is always counter productive. Our lives matter and so do our neighbors. So for sure we are stronger together.
If your spirit is bogged down change your frequency. Refocus. Recalibrate.
Nature is a great place for this to happen.
We have been given all we need in this life for our success. Doubt and self defeat are illusions of the mind…change your frequency.
It’s hard enough to love others let alone oneself; however, to neglect or deprive yourself of self love is to leave room open for whatever comes your way disguised as “love”.
What I have learned is the world is full of miserable people who hate themselves. This self hatred or self loathing exudes in their interactions with others. It is unfortunate the saying’, “Hurt people… hurt people”.
My value system is based in Protestant teachings which says, “ love your enemies”. Imagine the task of loving your enemies. Human nature doesn’t allow us to love in such circumstances or compel us to give water to someone who knowing hates us.
I have concluded to love is divine. The gift of choice has been given to us all. In my human nature I chose to surrender to love. In that moment love spills through my brokenness and heals me and all those around me. Hatred just like MLK said, “ is to great a burden to bear”.
Love yourself so others can be healed.
Today I contemplated the magnificent power that is women. My view of myself during my single life was bittersweet. I spent most my entire life trying to prove my value. I volunteered thousands of hours in my community and even though my resume is excellent people doubt my value or language that describes my own self.
Why is it easy for some to assume fault in someone without personal knowledge of the person.
I have experienced rejection for so long that the need for outside validation is never a pillar for stability of mind. I have been maligned, crucified, publicly humiliated, and betrayed time and time again. My values compel me to forgive, let go, and strive ahead.
I started motherhood in my late thirties which is consider “old” or “high risk”. All the same I carried both my two pregnancies successfully and delivered two beautiful boys for my husband.
The mere process of pregnancy is amazing.
What a woman can do man cannot.
Read it again.
We truly are fearfully and wonderfully made. Just imagine the breast milk our bodies produces to empower our small babies growth and development.
Back to my original thought…there was a point I couldn’t see my value as a female child growing up. I thought it was a curse to be female due to abuse of authority from toxic masculinity. So I strived for perfection which is grasping for straws in sand.
My value as a woman can be quantified in what Christ is to his followers eat and drink. A woman is sustenance to her unborn child, after she gives birth her body remains a place of refuge and sustenance for her growing baby. A woman is also a refuge and sacred space for her husband, her life’s companion, she brings life.
A woman truly presents herself a living sacrifice daily for those she loves in mind, body, and soul. We do this 24/7….365….rain or shine….sickness or health. We give up ourselves and put those we love first always.
What a woman can do man cannot.

Taking the world by storm
Never conform to the most horrific lie ever told
Lucifarian counterfeit clowns
Cut down with the relentless sword of truth
I thought you knew…taking no prisoners…the violence take it by force.
For our weapon of war are not carnal but mighty
Pulling down, uprooting, and destroying with principle
Planting seeds of right doing, right living, and right speaking
Child of the Everlasting Kingdom
Ambassador with a message for all ears to hear
Blazing a trail this world has never known…receiving divine directive daily
God is commander and chief
On the battle field of life no relief
It seems at times I’m weak on the brink of collapse
Then my guardian angel pulls his wings back
Whispering heavenly messages of hope
Hold steady while the battle is raging
Keep your position never mention your doubts
Only trust in the refuge of Gods strength
Front-lines gett’in shook but won’t break
Defeat comes to all those who rise up against
The Army of the Lord of Host
Victory is ours.

Unconditional love and Obsession are not at all equal… obsession creates anxiety over unwanted emotions while Unconditional love is something we choose to extend towards others good or bad…we can choose to receive it or not….but even if we do not acknowledge this amazing love that gave to us first…each breath we take, every movement of our limbs, sound mind, the gift of family and friends, all the beauty we see around us moon, star, sun, ocean, flowers, birds, music….evidence that we are loved no matter who we are….we are all created in the image of God and are his children…so why not let such love flow through your life towards others…freely you have received

Mixture of many voices

We’ve come this far by faith
Peace be still
Steady on the rock

Staring down the harden eyes of disdain
Nooses are not for necks but for holding ships in place on docks receiving exports
So I import this thought to you change has come
